Steve Oskie's plays have been produced in New York, Washington, and Philadelphia. Mean Thoughts is his first novel. His shorter fiction has appeared in Textures, Pierien Spring, and other literary journals. He is the recipient of three playwriting awards from Writer's Digest and a commendation from the Art Directors Club of Philadelphia. Oskie is in the final stages of The Madness of Art, a work of creative nonfiction.
